At Kashi Higher Secondary School Amiliya Sidhi MP, we understand that students may need to move schools for various personal or academic reasons. To ensure a smooth transition, we have a well-defined process for issuing Transfer Certificates (TC).

Guidelines for Transfer Certificate:

• A written application must be submitted by the parent/guardian to the school office requesting the Transfer Certificate.
• The application should clearly state the reason for the transfer and include the admission number, student’s name, and class.
• All dues and fees must be cleared before the TC is issued.
• The TC will be issued only after confirmation from the class teacher, librarian, and accounts department.
• The Transfer Certificate will be ready within 5–7 working days from the date of application.
• The TC can be collected in person by the parent/guardian or will be sent through post/email if requested.

• Application for TC
• Copy of Fee Payment Receipt
• Parent ID proof (if collecting TC in person)
