Medium of Instruction
The medium of instruction at Kashi Higher Secondary School, Amiliya, is Hindi, ensuring clarity and comfort in learning for students from the local region. While Hindi is the primary language, due importance is also given to English to help students gain fluency and confidence in both languages.
Admission Policy
Admissions are open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, based on the availability of seats in each class. Preference is given to students residing in nearby areas. Admission to higher classes may require a transfer certificate and mark sheet from the previous school, along with a short assessment for appropriate class placement.
Meeting/Identification
Parents or guardians must accompany the student during the admission process for verification and initial interaction. At the time of admission, original documents such as the birth certificate, transfer certificate, and Aadhaar card must be produced for identification and record purposes.
Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for academic success and personal discipline. A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for students to be eligible for appearing in final examinations. Any leave must be informed in writing and sanctioned in advance, except in cases of emergencies.
Examinations
The school conducts periodic assessments, half-yearly, and annual examinations to evaluate student performance. Internal assessments, assignments, and classroom participation also contribute to the overall academic grading.
